Food Journal part 2

Some of the meals we've been having in the past week. Its been so cold and these meals are all really hearty.


Cabbage and corn with Tofu over Barley



Coconut Lentil Soup with Spinach and Bean Sprouts
A quick soup with left over Lentils, Cilantro, Lime, Spinach and Bean Sprouts in a combination of Vegetable Broth and Coconut Milk.


Vegetarian Chile
Just something we threw together:
Black beans, Kidney Beans, Carrot, Serono Chilies, Potato, Stewed Tomatoes and Cilantro
